The large living area welcomes you with a sofa perfect for relaxing and admiring the surrounding panoramic views. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is an invitation to explore your culinary talents or host chefs for personalized gourmet experiences.
The table, born from old "Bricole" (wooden structures used in the lagoon to mark the waterways) is the beating heart of the living room, where cooking mixes with life and conviviality becomes an art.
3 BEDROOMS
Our loft has three elegant and comfortable rooms, each carefully designed to ensure maximum relaxation. King-size beds with high-quality linens will provide you with a restful and rejuvenating sleep
The glass walls allow natural light to flow freely throughout the space, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The rising sun in the morning and the reflection of the stars at night come into harmony with the internal environment, creating a unique connection with nature.
1 BATHROOM
The modern bathroom is a masterpiece of design, with tiles, a spacious shower that seems to end over the water and high-class details. Beauty products are provided to ensure a pleasant personal care experience.
TERRACE
The spacious terrace which is as big as the entire loft is the beating heart of this floating abode. With breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding beauty, it is the ideal place to spend your time whether you want a romantic getaway, a family adventure or an experience with friends
DAYS
In our loft, each night is equivalent to two days of unique experience, thanks to our flexible scheduling.
Check-in begins at 10 till 12 in the morning, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the day, while check-out is set by 12.00, extending the experience possible after the direction approval.

The driver’s service is not included in the price. A driver will be assigned by us, but the contract and payment (€500) will be managed directly with him on site. Fuel is not included and costs approximately €100 every 2 hours of navigation.
